Refund policy

At BioShot we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you placed an order with BioShotbb.com and were sent the incorrect item(s) we would be happy to resolve this issue. Please contact us with what you ordered and what you received and we will send out a return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply put this return label on the box being returned and drop it off at a certified USPS store. Once we receive your return, we will send out the correct items. Again at no extra charge to you.

Make sure the items you are returning have not been opened. If we receive a return from you and the bb bag(s) have been opened, the return will not be honored and the package will be returned to you. A return will only be honored if the items shipped to you differ from what is on your original online receipt.
